Steve Dorman -- President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Dorman has over 25 years experience in property and asset management. He has held senior level positions with national and regional property development, investment and management companies. Since 1995 Mr. Dorman has implemented successful utility reduction programs for many leading property owners, developers and management companies. In 2000, Bottom Line Utility Solutions, Inc. was formed to provide expanded conservation services for a more diverse market.
Rob Edelstein --Chief Executive Officer and Secretary. Mr. Edelstein has been in the water conservation industry for over 15 years. A graduate of Penn State University (B.A. Marketing), his background includes marketing and sales positions in large Fortune 500 firms as well as start-up water conservation firms. Mr. Edelstein is in charge of business development , marketing and sales, that includes projects for large ESCOs (Energy Service Companies) and water utility companies.
David Sonke - Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Sonke has extensive experience in the field of real estate operations, construction, business development, sales and marketing. He formerly served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Capital Expenditures for Archstone Communities where he directed capital and redevelopment of assets totaling $9 billion. Prior to Archstone, Mr. Sonke served as Vice President at Lincoln Residential Services. Today, Mr. Sonke's primary role is to create sustainable and scalable operating efficiencies within the Company.
Jim Schafer -- Vice President of Operations and Energy Systems. Mr. Schafer is a licensed electrician and has extensive background developing and managing large-scale retrofit projects. Mr. Schafer worked for many years as branch manager for some of the largest electrical firms in the country. Mr. Schafer also serves as project manager for several on-going jobs.
In addition to the above staff, Bottom Line's corporate personnel include administrative and support staff and full-time plumbing and electrical installation crews.
