Plumbing retrofits for our client base includes an array of retrofit opportunities.  Over the years, Bottom Line has utilized dozens of technologies and has the experience and knowledge to recommend the "best" technologies that provide the greatest savings and highest reliability.  The most significant retrofits include;  High Efficiency Toilets (HET) that flush from .8 to 1.28 gallons; high efficiency urinals that use from 1/8 gallon to "0" gallons; low-flow showerheads and aerators, hose bib restrictors and other water saving devices.  Water  savings can be as much as 75% with the "best" products with increased reliability and performance.

Landscaping  also uses a large amount of water each day.    Our approach here is unique in the industry as we review both the irrigation hardware as well as the landscape and plant materials.  Bottom Line  can provide hardware changes that increase the efficiency and application of landscape irrigation.  Weather-based irrigation controllers, more efficient sprinkler heads, and rain sensors can reduce your water usage by 30% or more.
